The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it really is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to become misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include accurate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising is to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague terminology or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is certainly not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice products including several premium brands, a number of which had a range of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth area of the disposable device was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece delicately on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Instantly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not present during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me all the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without having to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
